The shots on this page are quick injections given under the skin (subcutaneous) or into the muscle (intramuscular). IV therapy is different — fluids and vitamins delivered directly into a vein over about 30–45 minutes, including the classic Myers-style cocktail. Who gives the injections?+
Injections are given by our licensed clinical team — nurse practitioners working under the supervision of Dr. Keisha Bryant, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician — or by Dr. Bryant herself. A brief medical screen is included with every visit.
How long does a visit take?+
About 15 minutes door to door. Book online, check in, quick screen, your shot, and you're on your way.
Can I get more than one shot in the same visit?+
Yes — up to four in one sitting. Choose your first shot when you book and add the others on the same screen: it stays one appointment and one payment, and each extra shot adds about five minutes. Our clinical team reviews the combination during your screening and will tell you if anything is better spaced out.
How much do the shots cost?+
Prices are flat and published: B12 $30 · Vitamin D $45 · Biotin $40 · Glutathione $60 · Lipo-Mino $55 · NAD+ $150. No membership required. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services.
How often can I get a shot?+
It depends on the injection and on you. Many patients do B12 weekly or monthly; our clinical team will recommend a schedule at your first visit based on your health history.

Do I need labs first?+
Not for most wellness shots — the included screening covers what we need. For vitamin D we may suggest checking your level, and as a full primary-care practice we can draw labs on site if needed.
Is this covered by insurance?+
Wellness injections are cash-pay (most insurance plans don't cover them). HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Primary-care visits are separate and most major insurance is accepted for those.
