Lipo Shot & Skinny Set Injections in Queens, NYThirty dollars each, and an honest account of what they do.
Dr. Bryant Medical Practice and MedSpa gives two lipotropic injections at 205-15 Hollis Avenue, St Albans: the Lipo-Mino shot — the MIC blend of methionine, inositol and choline with B vitamins — and the heavier Skinny Set amino-acid blend. Both are $30, both take about 15 minutes, and both are given in a doctor’s office by our licensed clinical team, under the supervision of Dr. Keisha Bryant, MD. They are a support to a weight-loss plan. They are not the plan, and anyone telling you a $30 shot melts fat on its own is selling you something.
a shot
The two shots, and the difference between them
The Lipo-Mino shot is the one most people mean when they say “lipo shot” or “MIC injection”. Methionine, inositol and choline, with B vitamins alongside them. Choline and methionine are involved in how the liver handles fat; the B vitamins are there for energy and normal metabolism. It is the sensible everyday option, and it is the one to start with if you are not sure.
The Skinny Set is the heavier amino-acid blend. People usually ask for it when they are losing weight and are worried about losing muscle with it. That worry is well founded, particularly on a GLP-1, where weight can come off fast and some of it will be lean tissue. What protects lean mass, as far as anyone can show, is eating enough protein and doing some resistance work — so that is the conversation to have first, and we will have it with you. The Skinny Set is the heavier blend some patients choose alongside that, not a substitute for it.
Here is the part other clinics leave out. Neither of these is a weight-loss drug, and neither will do much on its own. What moves the scale is the medical weight-loss program — semaglutide from $180 a month or tirzepatide from $190 a month, MD-supervised, all-inclusive, with a monthly check-in. The lipotropic shots sit alongside that: energy support for people who are running flat, and in the Skinny Set’s case, help with what you keep rather than what you lose. We would rather tell you that now than take your $30 a week for a year.

These are the honest reasons to ask for one. If none of them sound like you, the free consult is the better appointment.
How we do it here
$30 each, published, no package
The same price for everybody, shown on the site and charged at the desk. There is no membership, no block of six to commit to, and no consultation fee between you and the price.
Given in a doctor's office
Our licensed clinical team gives the shot under the supervision of Dr. Keisha Bryant, MD, and it goes in your chart. A brief medical screen is included, so if something about your history makes it a bad idea you will be told before it is given, not after.
We'll tell you if it isn't the thing you need
If what you actually want is weight loss, the shot is not the answer and we will say so. The free 15-minute consult costs nothing and ends with real numbers for semaglutide or tirzepatide, which is a far better use of your money than a standing weekly injection.
