This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at drbryantmedical.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also includes our Notice of Privacy Practices for protected health information (PHI).
Information we collect
Information you give us when you book, submit a form, message our assistant, or contact us:
- Name, email address, phone number, and similar contact details.
- The service or program you’re interested in and any notes you choose to share.

Information collected automatically when you use the site:
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics (see “Cookies & analytics”).

- To send appointment reminders and, where you have opted in, newsletters or offers.
- To process payments and maintain business records.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with trusted service providers who help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), website hosting and security (Cloudflare), and privacy-respecting analytics (Microsoft Clarity).

Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA)
As a healthcare provider, Dr. Bryant Medical Practice PC maintains the privacy of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable New York law. This summary describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can access that information.
- Treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. We use and disclose PHI to provide and coordinate your care, to bill and obtain payment, and to run the practice.
- Your rights. You have the right to inspect and request a copy of your records, request corrections, request restrictions on certain uses, request confidential communications, and receive an accounting of certain disclosures.
- Authorization. Most uses and disclosures beyond treatment, payment, and operations — including most marketing and any sale of PHI — require your written authorization, which you may revoke in writing.
- Marketing imagery. We do not publish identifiable patient photos or treatment results without a signed, HIPAA-compliant authorization on file.
A full, printable Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the front desk and on request. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Text message & email communications
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related and, where applicable, informational messages by SMS and email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about an appointment you have booked.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our analytics are configured to exclude administrative and patient-portal areas.
Data security & retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it. We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law and professional record-keeping obligations.
Your choices & rights
- Access, update, or request deletion of personal information (subject to medical record-retention laws).
- Opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time.
- Exercise your HIPAA rights regarding PHI as described above.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. Care for minors is arranged directly with the practice.
