Get appointment reminders by text
Dr. Bryant Medical Practice and MedSpa texts patients from (929) 547-9616 — the same number you can call or text us back on. Signing up is optional and takes a few seconds.
How to sign up
You are only ever texted if you asked to be. There are four ways to ask, and the consent wording is the same in all of them — the sentence beside the tick-box on this page:
- Tick the box on this page and enter your mobile number.
- Tick the same box beside the phone field when you book at drbryantmedical.com/book.
- Sign the text-message consent line on our paper intake form at the front desk.
- Ask a staff member in person or on the phone, and we record your consent.
No box is ever ticked for you, and you can book, visit, and be treated without ever giving us a mobile number.
What we’ll text you
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes
- Replies from our front desk when you text us a question
- Prescription, lab, and follow-up notices about your care
- Occasional health-program news and offers (weight loss, MedSpa, wellness)
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for a text — any cost comes from your own mobile plan, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (929) 547-9616. You can also use the opt-out form on this page. Opting out of texts does not affect your care, and it does not cancel an appointment you have already booked.
Your number stays with us
Your consent to receive text messages and your mobile number are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for their own marketing. We use them only to communicate with you about your care and this practice. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, and the program is governed by our Terms of Use.
Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving medical care.
Prefer to book first? Book an appointment — you can tick the same box at checkout.
