These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Dr. Bryant Medical Practice PC (“Dr. Bryant Medical,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, booking online, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the site or contacting us through it does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions about a medical condition. In an emergency, call 911.

Appointments & cancellations

Online booking requests a specific time; the practice may confirm, adjust, or follow up to verify details and eligibility.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee where disclosed at the time of booking.
Same-day and walk-in availability varies — call (929) 547-9616 to confirm.

Pricing & payments

Program prices shown (for example, weight-loss memberships) are billed as described at checkout. Some services are priced and confirmed at your visit rather than online.
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Insurance coverage varies; we verify benefits where applicable. You are responsible for amounts not covered by your plan.

Text message (SMS) terms

Dr. Bryant Medical Practice and MedSpa operates a text-message program from (929) 547-9616. These terms govern it.

How you join. You opt in on our text alerts page, by ticking the text-message box when you book online at drbryantmedical.com/book, by signing our intake form at the office, or by asking a staff member. The box is never pre-ticked.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving medical care.
What we send. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes; replies from our front desk; and notices about your care. These are transactional messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How often. Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (929) 547-9616. You may also opt out on our text alerts page. Opting out does not affect your care or cancel an appointment you have already booked.
Your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers. Supported on major US carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on every device or network.
Not for emergencies. Never use text to report a medical emergency or an urgent symptom. Call 911, or call the office and speak to a person.

Other communications consent

By submitting a form, booking, or messaging us, you consent to be contacted by phone or email about your inquiry or appointment. Text messages are sent only if you opted in as described above. You may opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, and graphics, is owned by Dr. Bryant Medical Practice PC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Bryant Medical Practice PC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
